Scripture instructs parents they are responsible to give their children to God and raise them in the ways of the Kingdom of God.  It’s a responsibility closely linked to our love of God Himself, and to the inherent worth of children.  Scripture instructs us that our children are a gift from God; they are our heritage from Him (Psalm 127:3). 

At BRCC, parents dedicate their children at a regular Sunday morning meeting in a short ceremony before the congregation. The Baby Dedication allows parents to present their child to the Lord, and gives parents the chance to publicly dedicate themselves to raising their children in the faith.
