Small Groups FAQ

Who Should Join a Small Group?

Anyone attending BRCC should join a small group. No matter where you are in life, a group of fellow believers can help you grow in your walk with Jesus, provide support when you need it, and help you connect with your church family.

How Do I Find The Right Small Group?

Look through the list, match your interests to the description of each group.  We encourage you to contact the small group leader of the groups you’re interested in.  And feel free to visit different groups to see what works for you.

When Can I Join a Small Group?

You can join, stop by, or visit a small group at any time during the year. Prior to visiting a small group, be sure to email or call the leader to let them know you’re coming.

How Do I Start and Lead a Small Group?

We take seriously Jesus’ instruction to make disciples, so we encourage those who are ready to help lead.  You can do that within an existing small group by helping the leader out from time to time, or you can start and lead your own small group.  To be a small group leader, you only need to be a member of BRCC, attend another Small-Group for at least one year, and have the recommendation of your small group leader.  If you feel led to start a small group and are ready to take the next step, contact Bret Hicks at bret@brcc.church or Jer Cefaratti at jer@brcc.church.
