The leadership of BRCC is committed to helping you draw closer to Jesus Christ and are accountable to each other and to God as they work to care for and feed the body of Christ, His church.  

The Elders pray for the welfare and health of our members, humbly seek the good of others, guide the vision and spiritual governance of the church, and teach the truth of Scripture.  Among the Elders, Bret Hicks is first among equals, and the senior pastor of our church.

The members of the BRCC Council are responsible for the business operations of the church.  They are elected by the members of the church to serve 2-year terms.  Our Deacons minister to the practical needs of church members and the community around us, and help to manage church facilities.  The staff work to administer day-to-day operations.
